How can you book with “White Sessions”?
White Sessions is committed to a personal approach and therefore also a personal offer. Each freeride booking is arranged individually and the knowledge and skills of the participants influence the planning. It is therefore best to exchange ideas in advance via email.
When there is clarity of the request, a quotation will be drawn up and forwarded by e-mail.
After payment of an advance, the booking is only confirmed.
What equipment do I need?
Freeriding:
- Outfit: Functional clothing, decent ski goggles, waterproof gloves and a helmet is definitely not to be missed.
- Safety equipment: Avalanche transceiver, shovel and probe are indispensable as a safety-unit. You also need a decent backpack (hip and chest closure) or a specific avalanche backpack. If you want to rent, I can help you with that. It is also best to take a first aid kit with you
- Equipment: In principle you can freeride with any snowboard, but it is still advisable to bring a Freeride Snowboard with solid bindings. I can also show you around when you want to rent this.
Also make sure that your material is in order: enough wax, solid base and edges, tighten bindings and screws, etc. - Food and drink: Provide plenty of fluids to rehydrate during the day. Also bring some snacks, power bars, nuts or fruit to get through the day.
We can of course have a lunch break in a cabin at the ski resort, but bring something to be sure if the plans change.
Splitboarding:
- Outfit: Functional clothing, sunglasses and goggles, light gloves, helmet, extra hat or cap. It is best to dress in layers so that you can maintain your body temperature. Plus, a travel towel and an extra t-shirt can help too!
